I joined this amazing group on Facebook last week called " View from my Window"- it is a group that posts their different views by photo from their windows around the world, and their thoughts about all this stay-at-home "new normal" that we are all having to live with. I thought this was a wonderful idea, and God Bless whoever started this... there is around 1 million members and I have enjoyed looking at some perfectly awesome views from people all over the worlds' windows.
Sometimes, I wish I could be looking out from their windows...instead of mine...which is actually very simple as of now, because we are living in an apartment....instead of back home, sweet home, in our Aspen Circle view....with an amazing forest like view.
I posted this today.....
The view from my
window...
is
not all that, just a bunch of regular looking trees, nothing spectacular so I wanted to share this view inside, by my window instead....
I am a middle school
teacher and since having to teach online from home, my work area has given me
solace and peace during this pandemic...
I
wanna give a shout out to all the teachers & students of the world
having to deal with this new normal of quarantined learning! We’re all doing
the best we can!!
I
also wanted to share this quote on my desk from
...Steve Jobs...
“Here’s
to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs
in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of
rules and they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them. Disagree
with them. Glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore
them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. While some
may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy
enough to think they can change the world ARE THE ONES WHO DO.”
this
quote inspires me in my work....and the many views from your windows inspire me each
day!
Thank you all for sharing your views & your stories... we are truly
connected in this one beautiful planet we share. Let’s Stay Strong!
Namaste,
from my little corner in Duluth, Georgia, USA.
